JULES MAITLAND

I was awarded my doctorate in May 2009 for my thesis entitled: From Persuasion to Negotiation in Health Promoting Technology. I did my PhD  under the supervision of Matthew Chalmers and alongside the motley crew otherwise known as SUM Group at the University of Glasgow. I will soon be starting a postdoc post at the People-Centred Technologies Group at the National Research Council of Canada.

All work and no play makes Jules an unhappy bunny. Here are a few of the many things that make this bunny happy...

Walking my boy Seb (my dog), my pals, snowboarding, rock climbing, laughing, dancing, singing (badly) in the shower, good wine, Russell Brand, Will & Grace, CSI Miami (a guilty pleasure),  and last but not definitely not least... my gorgeous hubby Craig.

In this site you will find a (brief) overview of my research interests, the projects that I work on, my publications, and news about my current activities. If you would like any more details please ask!
